a. To assist Quantity Surveyor on 16 Storey Commercial development in developing Priced Bill of quantities for contractor tendering. b. Set up supply chains, reconciling information for procurement of equipment and materials for project internationally. Retrieving local market prices from suppliers and negotiating.

c. Issue subcontractor packages. Maintain a steady flow of information between the supplier and client design team.

2. Gamma Delta, White City, London – (£1.5 M)

a. To assist the project manager with estimates and cost planning for New Office and Biological research laboratory areas.

b. Measure & develop a priced bill of quantities for various options; advice client accordingly to gain value.

c. To evaluate tender returns for any discrepancies and liaise with the contractor. d. Issue change control notices and keeping track of variations as the design develops. Keeping the team informed on all the changes by weekly design development meetings

e. To coordinate with the design team and contractor to resolve technical and financial queries for the team. Assist client with value engineering options and solutions to minimise risks.
