Client : WAPCOS LIMITED, VISAKHAPATANAM

Description : Construction of Sheds, Buildings, Cement concrete Road Works, Track Works. The total project value is of 145 crores. The construction of shed we are doing footing and pedestal upto a plinth level and finally VDF courses inside the workshop. Road works are carrying about two layers of GSB are Grading 1 & 2. Then it has finally finished with DLC and PQC course. The track work as done filled upto 1m height of 3 km with formation level.

Project - 02: ( Mar-16 to Jan-18 )

Construction of Commercial and Industrial Building.

Client : M/S. HERITAGE FOODS LTD, Biyok, Gujarat.,Sonipat, Haryana

Description : This is a commercial building with a 5 numbers of four stories. Each floor is about Thirteen thousand four fifty five Sqft.The project Value is of 30 crores.

Project - 03: ( Jul-15 to Mar-16 )

Construction of Effluent Water Treatment Plant in Gas Power Plant @ Pune.

Client : M/S. TATA PROJECTS PVT LTD, Pune, Maharastra.

Description : Construction of ETP Oriented Tank and Buildings,

The total project value is of 120 crores.The ETP Oriented structures are Clarifier water pump house,Clarifier water Storage tank,DM Building, DM Tank,Sludge pit, Sludge holding tank,Guard pond Tank,Degassar tank,thickner tank,Filter water pump house,Filter water storage tank,Raw water storage tank, Raw water storage pump house, Neutalization pit, Clariproculator tank and Chemical house.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to Project Manager at Construction Site.

Checking Reinforcement and shuttering as per consultant drawing to give clearance

For pouring the concrete and post pour Inspection.

Request for Information (RFI) for Material approval/ work activities

Preparing and Maintaining Logs for Incoming Material Submittal, Method statement etc.

Witnessing the material as per I.S Code and Methodology submittal etc.

To ensure concrete quality as per design mix

To prepare all the lab test soil, cement, steel coarse aggregate, fine aggregate etc..

To monitor curing / workmanship at site.

To maintain / check the records of all QA/QC function at site.

Conducting test at lab for hardened concrete, and bulk materials like sand, coarse aggregate, cement and as well as grouting element

Conducting test at site for FDD of soil and GSB

Conducting tests on fresh concrete at site like slump test and quality of concreting.

To perform calibration of instruments as per schedule

Maintaining Good Quality of Work and Improving Workmanship.

Executing as per Approved Drawing

Prior to concreting - Reinforcement size, number, arrangement, concrete cover, Embedded Item (anchor bolt insert plate, pvc conduit etc). Form work plumpness and alignment.

To prepare Progress Report every week and end of the month.

To ensure HSE standards are maintained and managed on site at all times
