I am interested in the role available as the Country Manager in your BPO company. I do not have the particular experience in the industry. But i have few acquaintances in the key positions that have been in the industry for six to eight years. Therefore i can study and learn from them about the particular role that needed and get track faster in the job that i am applying for than anybody else inexperienced in this particular industry.
As i get the big pictures about handling customers, layers of payment that seperated from customers, filtering, protection, and safety. Risk and compliance for detecting organic player to fake ones. The marketing that using guerilla strategy to penetrate the segmented market in digital media. Superb customer service for big fish accounts. And i am sure if i know more about the detail of job description, i will learn and study from these acquaintances everything i need to know about managing this role before i even start the job.
This upper hand will benefit me to be faster getting knowledge in this industry and get in the track, and benefit the company for salary-efficient recruitment.
