Integration Management:
• Against Purchase Order inputs, the project study shall be done in all respects with engineering prior to order transfer from Tendering to Operations (Project Management).
• Review the purchase order with required contract terms against review of tender documents Time Management:
• Review of L2 Schedule, submitting to customer & obtaining the approval of the same.
• Coordinate with internal Engineering and procurement team for timely documents submission and ordering of materials.
• Coordinating with client for getting the drawings approval & Manufacture clearance
• Coordinate with feeder factories for production plan and follow up on production progress.
• Coordination with Mfg/Proc/Testing for material readiness and completion of FAT. Follow-up on material shipment, material receipt at site and acknowledgment from sites for submission of Milestone billings (if any).
• Responsible for timely executing / managing BG’s, LCs in coordination with Sales and Finance. Cost Management:
• As a key account manager, responsible for monitor & control the project gross margin as approved by Management for respective projects.
• Create and raise Special price Contract for Less margin project and Release PO as per Contract price.(For Relays and Panels)
• Coordinating with procurement department for status of materials, vendor bills & approved for payment.
Cash Management:
• Preparation of dispatch documents & LC documents and submitting the same to customer for revenue generation.
• Co-ordination with cash collection teams, central sales and customer finance for cash receivables as per project payment terms.
• Responsible retention payment collection for project. Warranty & Project Closure:
• Coordinate with stakeholders for erection, testing and commissioning at site. 2
• Closely coordinate and document change requests related to project scope and get approvals for time extension, additional cost etc.
• Daily monitoring & control of site activities till obtaining take over certification from customer.
• Project handing over as-built drawings, commercial closure etc. Ensure implementation and compliance of OHS group guidelines
• Close co-ordination with respective department for early closure of site punch points which help to obtaining take over certificate from customer.

● Production Order Confirmation in CO11N and MIGO and also Reversal in CO03, CO13 for all types of fuses.
● Issuing Production order for the materials in MD04 to take print as per the Production need.
● Overview of Stock in MMBE, Stock Movements and Material document list in MB51. Manpower & Material Planning
● Controlling of absenteeism of employees by coordinating with HR Department.
● Preparing the weekly shift schedule according to the production plan.
● Assigning the Manpower as per the daily production work load.
● Pre- checking the BOM as per Production Material Order up to assembly and to minimize the delay and mistakes.
