•“DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF ELECTRICAL FURNACE”:

Ceramic is finding wide application in almost all engineering and medical fields. Major Fields of application is in the automobiles, electronics, space, and even in others like metal extraction and processing, fertilizers, glass, cement including all ceramic industries.

In this regard the main objective of this project is to make a laboratory modal electric furnace :

Electric Furnace operates with a maximum working temperature is 1100 degree Celsius.

Electric Furnace operates with fast heating and cooling rate.

Due to its reduced operation cycle time, it can be used effectively for laboratory where one can get result in short span of time.

Along with testing it can be used for melting of frit, glass, glaze composition etc…… And also can be used for determining volatile matter, ash content in the solid fuels, loss on ignition testing and so.

Experience

Worked as a “Quality control incharge” for five months in Anoop ceramics, Bangalore.

Working as a “Research Officer” in R & D,ASHAPURA MINCHEM LTD,BHUJ” from April 2015 and involved in various projects.

PROJECT HANDLED:

Working in development of “High Strength Ceramic Proppants” using various grades of Bauxite.

Working on development of “Light Weight High Strength Ceramic Proppant“.

Working in development of various grades of “Mullite” for refractory applications.

Refractory Testing :-

As refractory materials being used at very high temperature and corrosive areas like metal & slag interface, testing and quality control of the raw materials, during production as well as testing of the finished product plays a very important role in the performance of the refractories used in the iron & steel industry.

Experience in testing of refractory materials.

Well versed with the ISO testing methods of refractories.

Willing to take up the inspections of refractory materials.

Willing to make my original contributions to the quality control and inspection systems of refractory industry.
