Job function
manage and coordinate an operational Crew and one fire vehicle, by managing, leading, monitoring and maintaining operational effectiveness and efficiency, also Will supervise the testing and inspections of all operational vehicles and rescue equipment according to the Assets Management Programmed. This will ensure all operational provision is maintained fit for purpose at all times, enabling compliance with regulatory requirements.
● Manage the Crew to ensure all Service systems, policies, processes and procedures are adhered too and that minimum staffing levels are maintained without exception.
●Respond, manage and command and control a Crew of operational functions at an accident/incident to ensure the saving of life is made possible.
●Supervise the testing and inspections of all operational vehicles and rescue equipment according to the Assets Management Programme. This will ensure all operational provision is maintained fit for purpose at all times, enabling compliance with regulatory requirements.
●Support the maintenance training programme to ensure all operational personnel maintain their competencies in role and task.
●Enforce all Standard Operational Procedures and where necessary discipline staff failing to comply, this will be carried out strictly in accordance to DA disciplinary procedure.
●Participate as a part of the internal audit team to ensure Standard Operational Procedures, Service operating systems and emergency incident/accident reporting processes are adhered to.
●Support in the completion of accident/incident documentation and where necessary conduct a detailed investigation and report.
●Take up the role of Watch Manager, when the Watch Manager is absent.

●I am working in Dubai Airports since 2008 in AFS as Firefighter.
●Now my main job becomes Crew Manager From 15/11/2009 up still now in DWC.
