At YRCW, on my own accord I initiated a collection system of overdue accounts that had been overlooked by the current collection process team netting the company an additional $17,000,000 quarterly in unpaid debt without disturbing customer relations, basically improving customer relations as they had a “go to” person at a personal level.

At Charles Schwab, I was on the “Move Team” to assist in moving 3000 employees to new campus.

Highly involved in the Schwab Technology Services Community “Connections” group, as well helping to create the “Buddy Program”. Instrumental in the Schwab Technology “Onboarding Program”. Initiated and started the Schwab Technology New Hire Breakfast and Quarterly New Hire Lunch.

Entered the “Schwinnovation” and presented my mobile phone idea, “Schroom” for conference room ease of booking or deleting conference rooms and a GPS system for those rooms, which is being engineered and created. I also entered the “Schwinnovation” and presented with 3 other team members, the onboarding program to roll out to all of Charles Schwab Technology and all of Charles Schwab company-wide and won second place.

Put together a “Celebration of Life Event” for VP at Charles Schwab that I worked for that passed away and was very well liked. 2,200 people attended.

Worked with the Vice President of Finance and was highly involved with the Charles Schwab Diversity Group (ERG) on my own accord and helped to plan events, manage the budget, creation of newsletter.

Instrumental in automating distribution lists.
