DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of the company.

- Establish and maintaining a clear manpower plan to help achieving the business goals.

- Monitor and ensure that all planned positions are manned with highly qualified people.

- Foster an environment of co-operation between functions within company, managing change as needed.

- In charge of annual HR Budget Planning for the whole company and ensure accurate and timely data submission and monitor the monthly HR expenditures vs. approved budget.

- Oversee and direct payroll procedures to insure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.

- Critically review and analyze payroll, benefits in order to recommend changes leading to best practice operations.

- Maintain and implement the corporate performance management and annual appraisal system.

- Direct and monitor the learning and training process of employees in the company, including analyzing and identifying needs, development of appropriate training plans.

- Monitor and measure the company employees’ satisfaction levels and recommending action plans to ensure achievement of targeted satisfaction levels.

- Implement policies and systems for receiving and resolving employees’ grievance in line with HR policies and Egyptian Labor Law.

- Establish salary structure for the company and setup salary scale and grading system and develop salaries annual budget & ensure all packages are legal.

- Analyze all benefits feedback through surveying employees' opinions to reach desired goals & ensure programs are current with regard to trends, practices and cost.

- Follow up on creating, maintaining and updating personnel files as per the Egyptian Labor law.

- Plan and direct the integration of all activities and procedures in all HR divisions in effort to reach maximum levels of accurately and confidentiality throughout HR functions.

- Communicate with Labor Office & Insurance Authority for handling all related issues.

- Drafting and updating the Job Descriptions for all positions across the company.

- Update and develop HR policies, Procedures for Various administrative activities, to comply with employment law.

- Responsible for the recruitment process, ensuring that potential candidates are targeted in the most effective way to maximize fit between first choice candidates and Company’s requirements.

- Monitor and follow up on building up an integrated recruitment database and updating the manpower plan & HRIS database.

- Design and implement a compensations plan (incentive system, annual raise, bonus system) matching with agreed budget.

- Design medical insurance plan & pension plan to be in line with company' view.

- Conduct the exit interviews with resigned employees and working on their retention.

- Suggest a suitable bonus system based on sales plan as per company view, and Design a scheme to implement it for staff.

- Suggest a rewards and benefits according to performance evaluation reports in order to achieve the targeted employees’ satisfaction levels.
