Automobile Blind Spot Detection:

Designed an embedded electronic circuit with a warning indication for the blind spot detection. Implemented the design for detecting the blind spot by incorporating the designed circuit in a car and found the system is fully operational. Used Ultrasonic sensor for distance measurement between the vehicles. Designed the control statements using C programming.

Speed Control of DC Motor using Chopper:

Tool Used: MATLAB

The speed of a DC motor has been controlled by using Chopper as a converter and Proportional-Integral type Speed and Current controller based on closed loop system model and MATLAB simulation has been done.

Multi-Functions Energy meter:

Tool Used: Microcontroller Circuit

Designed a microcontroller based circuit and integrated with a functioning Energy Meter at our home, the Microcontroller has been Embedded C programmed to send text messages to mobile and voice recording alerts regarding the power consumption.

Auxiliary Electric System Design:

Tool Used: ETAP

Designed and analysis have been carried out on Power Distribution Networks based on load data and cost constraints using ETAP. Sizing of lines, Generators, Transformers, Cables, Bus ducts, Circuit breakers, PCCs, MCCs as per NEC and ANSI standards has been carried out.
