Designation: ‘Assistant Manager’ From January 2020 to Present & ‘Senior Environmental Engineer’ from July 2019 to January 2020

Project Details: Effluent Treatment Plant Operation and Maintenance Location : Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Roles& Responsibilities:

- To operate, monitor, maintain, and trouble shoot the ETP facility and its processes.

- Perform all aspects of sampling, monitoring and testing required to maintain compliance with federal state and local regulation governing the wastewater process and sludge management.

- Assist with the installation of new sewers lines and services.

- Perform the installation, maintenance and repair of the physical plant and pump stations.

- Assist in the performance of regular and scheduled maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment and machinery.

- Spontaneous Respond to emergencies and break down at the plant and pump stations.

- Conducting the weekend checking of the treatment plant and pump stations

- Perform all the work in conformance of the Occupational Safety and Health Act regulations.

- Maintain open communication with the chief operator regarding the treatment process and pump stations operations and malfunctions, as well as make recommendations or repairs and improvements to the systems.

- Give directions to the plant attendees and sewage disposal workers in performing routine operations and maintenance.

- The sludge separated from wastewater by ETP is processed as: 1. Primary clarified sludge converted to bio manure 2. The removal efficiency is 95% efficiency

- Coordination during the project initiating, arranging work permissions, PTW, manpower and machinery deployment.

Roles& Responsibilities:

- To Coordinate environmental work being undertaken by multi-disciplinary teams, for EIA, options appraisals and/or environmental management plans

Roles& Responsibilities:

- Act as a technical adviser on the construction site for subcontractors, craftsmen and operatives

- Set out, level and survey the site and maintaining the level records.

- Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications

- Oversee the selection and requisition of materials

- Agree a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project

- Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
