Prepare the outbound / documents properly before inputting in the ERP system.

Check, verify and compare the received material as per quantity, description and specifications.

Scan all outbound / documents for securing purpose.

Coordinate to QC regarding the issues of received materials as per MTO per specifications, quantity, class.etc.

Make material inventory and monitoring list for received materials, such as valve, flange, fittings, cables, pipe, weldolet, reducer, tee, anode.etc.

Update records in the all (MRS) Material Receiving Section as per MTO list.

Update valve inventory including accepted and rejected report.

Monitor all material including issuing and receiving.

Update list of material for coating including return coated materials.

Coordinate to site in-charge / Fabrication to expedite material needs.

Supervise people regarding for the material for issuing and dispatching.

Update all documents and make a project report.

Prepare the EC-15 list of materials used for the whole project.

Check and compare the EC-15 list of material used and received material as per quantity and per wellhead/ (WBS) work breakdown structure.

Colaborate to Engineer’s regarding the material used for the finished project.

Prepare reconcile record including scrap/excess and verify the availability of materials.

Coordinate to PMT regarding the issues of the submitted package including return materials and scrap.

Harmonize to Site Superintendent Engineer regarding the issues of the submitted package.

Update all documents, monitoring, inventory, ERP and send a project report to superior.
