Managing End to end complete recruitment life-cycle process.
Sourcing & identifying right candidates as per the requirement from management.
Sourcing profiles through job portals like naukri, monster website.

JOINING FORMALITIES & INDUCTION

Coordinating in staff and workers appraisal with the HOD.

ATTENDANCE UPDATION & PAYROLL PROCESSING
Keeping a track of attendance of the employee.
Filing leave forms and keeping the track of it.
Maintaining the leave balance of employees.
Crediting the leave for new joiners after probation and EL, CL leave updating for existing employee in prompt time.
Monitoring the late coming and deducting in salary.

Supervision of Statutory / Non statutory compliances under various acts like : - E.P.F., E.S.I., L.W.F., Bonus, Gratuity and Factory Act etc. Liaison with Government Authorities like Health and Safety, Pollution and Fire etc.
