Roles and Responsibilities:

oOrganizing and preparing the staff’s salaries through a payroll system

oCalculate and keep record of all payments and processing timesheets

oProcess all tax documents, EMP201, VAT etc.

oGeneral payroll administration and calculate payroll from timesheets

oMake sure that all permanent and temporary staff is paid on time

oKeep all records of sick leave, maternity leave and workman compensation

oComplete SARS EM501 IRP5 and IT3acertificates
