• Taking the proactive measures to improve the product quality and performance of the QMS system.

• Enforce the Periodic process (shearing, pressing, welding, shot blasting &Painting) and product audit to measure and improve the performance of product quality.

• Implementation of quality awareness in shop floor (one point lesson, quality alerts and do’s & don’ts).

• Preparations of quality documents for Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA and maintain records

Engineer – Quality Control (July’18-At Present)

• Preparing the monthly in-house quality performance reports and presenting in the monthly review meeting.

• Managing incoming, In process and final inspection of an fabricated items

• Preparation, updating, maintenance and issue of Quality Manual & Procedures.

• Inspecting the surface finishing of shot blasted items and paint coat thickness.

• Coordinating with TS certification body auditors during yearly surveillance and certification audits.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Patrol inspection & first off inspection.

• Monitoring and sustain the performance level of tool & die on Press shop

• Inspecting of spares & guiding for replacement/reworking on Rock Breaker Body by fabrications

• Inspecting and advising the welding activities on Rock breakers

Our project is Semi Automation is a crucial aspect in the post curing process as it involves more human efforts . Post Curing inflation is a process for inflating the tyre as soon as it is taken from curing machine In this project of designing system which is automatically inflated the tyre in loading and unloading from the machine with the involves of human effort.
