SUMMARY OF 20 YEARS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
1. Started career as Piping Engineer in year 2000. Involved in some project stages such as Conceptual/Pre-FEED study, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), and Detailed engineering design
(for EPCC & EPCIC) inclusive preparation of ITB (scope of work) & technical bid evaluation/clarification. Further execution of the first project covering Greenfield and Brownfield project type for oil & gas (offshore & onshore)..
2. Second phase of my experience is Senior Piping Stress Engineer to stewards the Piping stress engineering team to review the piping analysis reports, develop the piping stress design basis & perform study for piping vibration due to induced fatigue. 3. Start in 2009 joined with Qatargas for LNG Mega Train Project which exposed to multinational working environmental and multi disciplines interface. Experienced to work as Project Management Team (PMT) for LNG Mega Train Projects with job responsibility as follows: a) Participated in Transition Period/Handover of Mega Train Project/QG2 and QG 3&4 Facility to Asset Operation.
b) Review and approval the Contractor piping deliverables to ensure meeting the project’s requirement.
c) Project interfaces management/activity (e.g. interfaces coordination with other Disciplines, Operations team, Construction/Installation team).
4. Move to Project and Facility Engineering Support Department and post merger Qatargas and Rasgas become Static Engineering Department, this organization under Qatargas Operating Company, with job responsibility as follows:

a) Provide Technical support from Engineering point of view for Piping issue to all Qatargas Assets include Offshore Facilities, Onshore LNG Trains Facilities, Laffan Refinery Asset and Ras Laffan Terminal Operations (RLTO) Asset.
b) Participating in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) c) Participating in FRA (Formal Risk Assessment) meeting and providing input regarding Safety issue from Piping point of view.
d) Preparing the Feasibility Reports thru MOC (Management of Change) to all QG assets. e) Post merger Qatargas and Rasgas, there is new system QGPMS (Qatargas Project Management System) related modification to the existing facilities, this include Gate 1 and Gate 2. Inside Gate 1 and 2 package there are deliverables documents that must generated from this phase such as Scope of Work, Project Execution Plan, Project Design Memorandum, Brownfield Toolkit verifications. 5. Having experience and knowledge to use international codes and standards Like ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, B16.5, B16.47, B16.9, B16.10, B16.34 etc, API 600, 602,594,598,5L,6D,6FA,609,520,521etc NACE MR 0175(ISO15156), and ASTM codes. 6. Computer literate skill for piping analyses and design software (Auto Pipe, Caesar Stress Analysis, 3D Naviswork and, AutoCAD).
7. Trained for HSE (H2S Breathing Apparatus, PTW, Defensive Driving, Risk Assessment Screening Level 2)
HIGHLIGHT OF VALUE CREATION ACHIEVEMENT
1. Piping modification related to Process Safety Incident Effort: In June 2010, there was Steam Header Incident in Train 4 QG2 working in 12 hours job, collaboration with Integrity team to review and assess the pipe Support condition and give recommendation on high priority basis. As a Engineering coordinator for modification on existing 44” Steam Header Pipe Support, working together with Contractor for rectify the damage. Result: Faster completion and Plant can running normal ahead schedule. 2. Cost and schedule optimization for replacing discharge line instrument air compressor Effort: Engineering contractor has designed new pipe routing based on their study, however the main issue is vibration, internal study had been conducted and the proposed solution is modify pipe support configuration
Result: Faster completion and cost can be lower than new pipe routing. 3. Cost optimization for the utility piping modification work. Effort: Validated the stress analysis model used for piping according to applicable code & standard. Result: Un-necessary modification on some piping that proposed by contractor are avoided since the existing supports are obtained able to withstand the design load. DETAIL OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
