Automatic Solar tracking device (POSTDIPLOMA).

Description: The solar panel is automatically tracked using LDR SENSORS by using linear actuator.

Electric shock gun (BE mini project).

Description: The gun generates an electric shock when triggered, which can be used for self- protection specially designed for women.

Foot power Generation with hybridization (BE major project).

Description: Electric power is generated through the applied foot pressure on the designed path while walking, standing, jumping, dancing etc.

One-year technical training at Gedee Technical Training Institute in Advance Mechatronics in Automation Technology

Got trained on PLC programming of three different brands, Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Delta. PLC, programming training of Siemens brand with S7-1500, S7-1200, S7-300 CPU with the TIA V15.1, V15, V13 software.

SCADA Programming training of different applications like Digital signals, analog signals, alarms, script, security, recipes.

HMI Programming training for creating HMI SCREEN, for operating real time applications like controlling digital signals and analog signals through the HMI screen by not using any additional switches to control the output.

Also, worked on FESTO training kits like Sorting station, Distribution station, Pick and place station, Handling station, VISION SYSTEM and Process automation.

Worked on 3 different VFD like Sinamics V20, V90 drives, Delta drive, and INVT drive. In this I did PLC programming for controlling the VFD motor speed through the programming, also learnt to communicate the plc programming for the training kit’s through HMI screen and did programming for the VFD to control through the HMI screen

Done basic PLC programming for the pneumatics and hydraulic cylinder for moving the piston forward and backward, also by using some sensors.

Trained to control robot arm through teach box.

Can operate the milling Machine, lathe machine, Drilling machine, and grinding machine.

Basic software training in MATLAB, AutoCAD and creo

Apart from programming and working PLC’s I can also fix the troubleshoot for the

Communication kit.

Won 1st prize in JNTUH UNIVERSITY for the best project of the academic 2017-2018.
