Moldova Road R16 Balti-Falesti-Sculeni, value of the project €50 million. The project was awarded to the company Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A, Italia, and consists in rehabilitation and reconstruction of 55 km of the road and construction of 2 new bridges, demolition and reconstruction of 3 bridges and rehabilitation of 2 bridges. Job responsibilities:

Assisted project controls lead in creating and verifying project cost and schedule forecast

Developed, reviewed, and issued weekly project controls reports to show progress of activities on weekly and monthly basis

Coordinate monthly payment claims to the client

Reviewed and verified contractor’s submission of the progress quantities for the monthly payment

Liaising and communicating with entire construction team

Calculate and monitoring productivity of sectors.

Monitored the quantity of works for the road and bridges
