Job Responsibilities

Calibrating all type of instrument (Temperature Gauge, Temperature Switch, Pressure Gauge, Pressure Switch, Transmitters)

Loop checking of all instrument control cables.

Troubleshooting and rectification of instrument related problems.

Preparation of shut down maintenance schedules & plans.

Supervise the work and the assigned personnel in the Team.

Perform all the work as a Team player and submit daily work report to higher authorities.

Disconnect inaccurate or damaged instruments and rectify suitable replacements

Calibrate instruments to coincide with established standards.

Conducts scheduled inspections of instruments and makes adjustments to those not functioning.

Remove faulty instruments, examines mechanisms, clean parts, replace worn-out or broken parts.
