Executive Assistant/Office Manager to founding partner and CEO Administrative Support

• Complete administrative tasks for the CEO, and Business Development team (Calendar & expense reports)

• Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for meetings and conferences.

• Research, prioritize, and follow-up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of confidential nature.
