Conducts investigations into employment related complaints including, discrimination and harassment issues, formulates recommendations, and implements disciplinary action using the Just Culture Algorithm.
Handle high profile investigations resulting in corrective action and termination regarding drug diversion, internal theft, and sexual misconduct.

Educator Training & Development. Design and deliver training for Nursing Services employees and students to include but not limited to new staff orientation, regulatory, and professional development. Manage all campus Nursing Student Clinicals that encompasses compliance requirements, scheduling, and special rotations. Liaison with over 46 affiliated Nursing Academic Partners. Processed approximately 28k clinical rotations that generated over 1.1M of clinical hour experience for Jacksonville Nursing students.
Founded the community “Hospital Clinical Coordinators Consortium” (HC3) that consists of Student Clinical Coordinators from all eight of the major medical facilities in Northeast Florida. The purpose of this consortium is to adopt best and uniform practices as it relates to student clinical placement and academic considerations.
Introduced new web-based compliance system that was adopted by HC3 and every Nursing and Allied Health academic establishment in Northeast Florida.

Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL: 2010-2012
Managed over 120 Nursing Services personnel in 2011 as Leading Petty Officer. Facilitated rigorous Hospital Corpsman University (HMU) orientations that provided 267 qualified and knowledgeable graduates. Due to the tremendous success of the program it was showcased by “Navy Medicine” Journal and adopted at all Naval Medical Facilities worldwide. Maximized Nursing staff usage with cross training program.
Supervisor of duty crew for a 5 ward, multi clinic Naval Hospital. Ultimately responsible for all security, medical and disaster emergencies and all after hour day-to-day operations in absence of top management.
Trainer for 150 personnel on new department of defense EEO policy revision that included Sexual Orientation.
USNS Comfort, Baltimore, MD: 2008-2010
Demonstrated exceptional leadership as Site Leader for Medical Clinics ashore in 7 under privileged South American countries. Oversaw 120 medical personnel and the coordination of assets and logistics resulting in the triage of 65,000 patients and the performance of 280,000 surgical and health service medical encounters.
In 2010, expertly managed 250 medical staff in converting and activating 8 inpatient units and 4 intensive care units within 72 hours in support of disaster relief efforts during UNIFIED RESPONSE HAITI. Responsible for $4.8M of equipment and the procurement of $10M specialty care items in support of over 1,000 patients.
As President of the Diversity Council, and Morale and Welfare (MWR), spearheaded the creation of a $90K fitness center gaining fitness and exercise opportunities for 2,000+ personnel and held four multicultural events and observances.
Naval Branch Health Clinic, Manama, Bahrain: 2007-2008
As Worldwide Coordinator handled communication with ALL military medical and logistical facilities that resulted in the optimal movement of 400+ patients to the next echelon of care. Developed a patient tracking data base that facilitated a smooth return of more than 50% of patients back to duty on over 300 Naval Ships in the Middle East area of operations.
Naval Hospital Corps School, Great Lakes, IL: 2004-2007
Created, designed, and developed the Cooperative Learning Center that provided academic remediation and expanded learning skills utilized by 22,100 students. Overhauled the academic review process with a cost savings of $900K. As Master Training Specialist (MTS) assisted 18 other Instructors in obtaining their MTS certification. As the Lead Sexual Assault Prevention Response (SPHR) advocate, conducted command wide awareness training and events on Sexual Assault and Harassment awareness and prevention.
