Human Resources Manager ( Payroll/Benefits)

Prepare input sheets for daily processing of payroll utilizing Paycom.

Audit payroll as required.

Ensure all changes to payroll and time and attendance record-keeping is and are aligned with company standards.

Ensure orderly maintenance of all payroll records and reports.

Responsible for verifying that all time and attendance data and adjustments are completed by the Department Heads on a daily/weekly basis.

Responsible for processing and tracking all Payroll Authorization Forms

(P.A.F.’s) for each team member.

Audit and update ACA status, 401k administration, life insurance etc.

Verify payroll master control accuracy and research discrepancies within the payroll.

Train and develop all operations managers on payroll responsibilities and requirements.

Review and prepare state and federal quarterly and annual tax reports.

Manage,audit house banks and petty cash.

Prepare productivity reports and distribute as required on a daily/weekly basis.

Assist Director of Finance and Director of People and Culture with financial and HR support.

Implement and manage all benefits administration for new hire enrollments and terminations, to include processing of payment arrears and any employee communications regarding benefits.

Create and post weekly payroll journal, create customized Paycom reporting as needed (200 employees)

Create weekly variance hours reports, labor report, commission report for, spread hours/vacation report, tipsheet calculation

Place transit card orders and keep weekly inventory and distribution list

Reconcile daily cash drops from all revenue centers, manage petty cash fund, manage change fund

Manage Dunbar change and deposit pick-ups. Order in change twice a week
