Present:
Since 2015 September 07th till 2020 June 30th, worked as Senior Engineer - Technical Records at FLYdocs India Private Limited (A subsidiary of Lufthansa Technic), Vadodara.
My responsibilities include the following.
Asset/Records Management for various international Airlines such as Cathay Pacific, Jetstar, Jetstar Asia, Jetconnect, Qantas, QantasLink, Spirit Airways, Swiss International Airlines, Virgin Atlantic etc.
To understand client's requirements and deploy on live with the support of Developers.
To study FLYdocs Software and give inputs to the developers to tweak it and make it User Friendly.
To set standards, study materials, demand team, manage workload, maintain SLAs, prepare reports, auto pilot the project, etc.
Maintaining Tech Logs & Cabin Log records for Qantas and its subsidiary Airways. Also, performing Records management of work packs for Small/Heavy Maintenance work.
Perform Quality check of records received after maintenance activities
Working on Maintenance Planning Software ULTRAMAIN, TRAX and AMOS for Virgin Atlantic, Jetstar and Wizz Air.
Performing Check Pack audit for Major Checks (C & D check) for Virgin Atlantic.
Where, I audit the tasks performed by various MROs and ensure they are in compliance with
Virgin Atlantic Airways.
Auditing Records of Structural Repairs for continuing Airworthiness Condition, with the help of SRM and other maintenance manuals of Aircraft and Engines.
Providing technical assistance on preparation and auditing of DBC items, repair mapping, physical inspection issues and delivery bible.
Coordinating with Operators and Lessors on potential structural damages and physical inspection issues of aircraft and engines at the time of phase out/EOL.
Previous
Worked as Maintenance Engineer and Erector at Alfa Elevators, Chennai from April to June 2015. My responsibilities would include:
Erection, installation and testing of lift/ elevators on site.
Troubleshooting of mechanical failures occurring during the operation of lift/elevators.
