• Responsible for any issues related to appearance of the aircra and repor ng it directly to the
superiors.
• Responsible for supervising the cabin cleaners on onboard and their work. Monitoring and guiding
cabin cleaners onboard for giving a pris ne cabin
and as per the airline requirement, maintaining
quality. Checking the en re cabin for any le
behind job that needs to be done that would be
lavatories, gallies, seat pockets, seat cushions,
carpet, IFE monitors, meal trays, hat racks, vanity mirrors and bar areas.
• Responsible to clarify any pending jobs on any
aircra due to certain reasons.

• Responsible for the baggage and cargo deliveries to their respec ve areas in the me frame provided,
taking baggage and cargo to and fro from the
aircra, arrange for the items required to offload
the aircra from inbound goods with great care,
reversing of all kind of dollies. Helping the ramp opera on team leader with loading of the items
that would be pallets and containers and also
checking the bulk load for any item that belongs to the same flight ie mail, cargo.Checking for the
baggage or cargo that is offloaded is for this sta on dubai, interline, quick ramp transfer, short
connec on or long connec on.

• Responsible for offloading the aircra from all
cargo and baggage with the equipment’s provided
that would be high loaders conveyor belts
transporters and passenger steps. LDLS, PAX
STEPS, MCBS, TPTRS, TTRS, rapid delivery
vehicles.
• Taking care of standard opera ng procedures
related to loading and offloading of the items
• Securing the load in its respec ve posi ons by
locks in the aircra hold
• Searching for any damage in the aircra hold whilst loading or offloading any items from the aircra .
• Posi oning of all the equipment with great care to the aircra and take care of all the safety measures, do the checks before opera ng any equipment to
any flight.
