Work Experience:
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Management Trainee) Jindal Aluminium Limited (October-2015- October 2018) Being an assistant maintenance engineer, involved in the maintenance of plant operating units. Jindal Aluminium is a process industry, produces aluminium products from sections, coils, sheets to foils. Worked in integrated Aluminium Extrusion and Rolling mill plant with 5 extrusion presses (SMS and Mingsheng, China, UBE and Tecalex, with capacity 750- 2700 Tons) and 2- 4Hi-Non reversing Mill
(Achenbach and Zhoushen). Below was my role:
• To conduct Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective maintenance in efficient manner.
• To conduct maintenance of positive displacement pumps, Vane type, Gear Type, piston type, screw type.
• To conduct maintenance of material handling equipment, Forklift, Belt conveyors and Roller conveyors.
• To conduct maintenance of valves like DC type, pilot type, manual and solenoid operated type and their oil supply lines.
• To conduct maintenance of mechanical driving and electromechanical units like Gearboxes, Geared motors and Chain drives.
• To look over all the variety of EOT cranes and to make their maintenance schedule and repair, replacing spares within planned and machine undertaken time.
• To implement 5S principles in work, also train about its utility to team-members in work environment.
• Looking over AMC’s for varieties of equipment in plant, including pressure gauges, verifying root cause of the problem and thus conducting Root cause analysis, Preparing and following SOP’s.
• To conduct TPM and cost-benefit analysis, remove the obsolescent tools and machinery parts, analyze area of improvement and taking necessary actions. Procuring and maintaining spare parts using inventory control.
• To Design, modify machinery parts in-house and replacement when required to avoid unnecessary costs.
• To discuss engineering drawings with the Drawing department and suggesting modifications as per the requirement for the further order and in-house-making.
• Handling team of fitters, contract workers and ensure their safety. Taking safety measure and ensure essential precautions before any height and heavy work undertaken.
• Maintaining all mechanical components, pneumatic and electro-hydraulic valves, pumps, actuators, hydraulic cylinders, crane spare parts etc. up-to-date and ready to use.

Industrial Training (Engineer Trainee) (Summer 2014) SRF (Shree Ram Fabrics) Industries (1.5 Months)
• Being a trainee, involved in the process development of the products and understanding mechanical operation of the plant. The industry is TTB (Technical textile business) and ISO certified.
• My role is to understand machinery role in chemical and technical cord heavy plant. Projects:
• Beginner level: Designing SAE BAJA Buggy wireframe and conducting structural analysis, Conceptual Solar concentrator for electricity generation.
• Intermediate: Designing BIW Hood, Backdoor, Fender, Roof of a car, Designing Butterfly valve using GD&T dimensioning.
• Industrial: Commissioning of Track for EOT cranes, Commissioning EOT crane of 20 Tons. Education:
