Managing End to end recruitment process.

Getting day by day requirements and updates from the clients.

Sourcing candidates from the job portals like Indeed, Naukri, Fresher’s world, Shine.com, etc., according to the requirements of the clients.

Scheduling the candidates and make them to present for the interview.

Screening the candidates and analysing their knowledge.

Following the candidates till their joining.

Achievements in the process:

Promoted and working as a HR Manager within 5 months from the date of joining because of excellent performance.

TCS-Trainee: US Chargeback (North America) CITI - Sears Disputes (July 2018 - February 2019)

Disputes filed by the customers will be sorted and created as cases.

Verifying the dispute raised by the customer and will request for the additional information to solve the dispute.

Period of 20days will be given to the customer to provide the required information’s and there by temporary credits will be issued to the customers to avoid the interest charge created by the disputed amount.

If the customer’s came up with the required information’s their accounts will be credited back.

If the disputed amount is below $25.00 permanent credit will be given to the customer by the Citi bank.

Achievements in the process:

Received STAR performer award and other certificate of merit for excellent contribution to the process.

Received STAR of the Quarter within 6 months from team in the TCS Career and many GEMS points (cash vouchers as prize).
