Successfully planned, managed and implemented Request for Proposals (RFP) for all transportation over 24-month period yielding initial savings of $.5MM in 2007, adding additional saving $1.3MM in 2008 and $2.1MM in 2009.

Restructured company transportation model from one (1) facility using two (2) Third Party Transportation Providers to seven (7) providers while expansion from two (2) companies operated Distribution Centers to creating a complete transportation supply chain network of cross-dock facilities strategically located throughout US.
