JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Patient assessment and documentation.

Identifies patient problem and establishes appropriates priorities utilizing all available clinician data’s and findings.

Continually access the actual patient care given by the nursing staff.

The use of nursing process: Assessment planning, Intervention and evaluation to direct patient care for the following Activities.

Plan and participate in education to patient and family for on going health needs.

Implements Nursing actions by either direct for delegation or responsibility based on a Nursing care planed and skilled level of assigned measure.

Understand the function as requires in emergencies.

Receive and give patient, through shift report on the condition of assigned patient.
