Responsible for New

testing profiles are needed as new units begin to make their way into the manufacturing cycle.

. Work closely with area engineers and managers to address technical issues and

complete initial troubleshooting when defects are identified on the production line.

. Work closely with area engineers and manager on screening vibration for Qualification

units including recommendations on design of new fixtures.

. Oversee screening production testing to meet current production output within

required time frame to meet other areas supervisor’s expectations.

. Cross training and set schedules to avoid bottlenecks and optimize workflow.

. Implements and Revise ECOs, BOM, Create new work order traveler for new

Product to meet customer Requirements.

. Check log and other required documentation to make sure they are compliant to

company requirements and being filled out correctly.

. Assist with training in different production areas and maintain training records.

. Lead weekly and member of TRB daily production meetings for resolving open

RMAs, NCR, DMR and MN issues related to area production.

. Update and Writing for all In-House Environmental Testing procedures to current

practice
