Calibration for Field Instrument's

Checking the calibration process for the filed instruments such as pressure transmitters,temperature elements,level transmitters,flow transmitters,pressure differential transmitters,pressure gauges.

Instrument's Installation

As per given location drawing's and PID after calibrations the instrument's are being installed accurately as per given exact location's

CABLE TRAY INSTALLATION

When the Instruments were installed the cable tray's were layed from the source and destination of the instrument's

CABLE LAYING

After erection of the cable tray's the cable laying is started and the accurate cables with the particular descriptions were checked and layed.

FERRULE AND GLAND TERMINATIONS

After cable laying's the ferrule's and gland termination's were done as per particular standards

LOOP CHECK

After completion of the terminations the loop check process is done and the online loop check is also carried out and the signals are checked if it is properly terminated.

IMPULSE PIPING

An impulse pipe is a small bore pipe that is used to connect a point in a pipe at which a process variable is to be measured by an instrument.
