Routing/Outbound Orders Scheduling Supervisor
Supervise the routing and scheduling of account orders through the warehouse in a timely fashion to meet customer shipping windows.
This includes reviewing of container deliveries for inventory and setting Receiving/Audit product priorities, reporting order shortages to CSR’s/Planners, routing orders in timely manner.
Served as liaison between the distribution center and corporate in reviewing orders against inventory needs and inventory delivery. Created reports for various levels of upper management as well as discussing via phone calls.
Scheduling provided order information aided in the processing, routing/shipping and invoicing of $29M in 2019.
The role of Scheduling also encompasses working with CSR's/Planners on a daily basis to discuss account orders, any updates to inventory, changes in sales orders or dates and monitoring production requests.
