Joined with Teo Ah Khing Sdn. Bhd. (Dubai Branch). My duties are to supervise and coordinate construction activities of grandstand. The development consists of 10 storey 5 star hotel, main grandstand, DRC and horse race course. Total cost of the project is 4.6 billion ringgit. My duties are to supervise and monitor of contractor activities and report of all Quality Assurance and Quality Control to project coordinator. The development consists of 30 storey residential Harbour Plaza, 40 storey office block, 40 storey hotel intercontinental and 30 storey Crown Plaza. Total cost of the project is 3.2 billion ringgit. Appointed as Resident Engineer for the following project ; PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF 30 STOREY RESIDENTIAL HARBOUR PLAZA, 40 STOREY HOTEL INTERCONTINENTINETAL, 30 STOREY CROWN PLAZA AND 40 STOREY OFFICE BLOCK AT DUBAI FESTIVAL CITY, DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.

My duties are to supervise and coordinate contractor activities under project management KLCCB for Perbadanan Putrajaya.The development consists of 4 storey block of primary school, 4 storeys of parking area, hall, canteen, substation and infrastructure works. Assigned at the following works: - 1. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF PRIMARY SCHOOL WITH TOTAL COST 30 MILLION RINGGIT FOR MRSS.
