Job Duties:

Responsible for ensuring the quality of products and determine the quality.

Job Task:

Give approval for the first piece inspection in production and verify the method of checking which master instrument selection for measurement.

Handle Profile projector, 2D Height gauges, Image dimension measuring system, Roughness tester, coating thickness meter

Research and operate Cmm programming like WENZEL/METROSOFT R16, PH 20,PH 10 Probe Head

Analyze, design, develop, manage and evaluate the manufacturing process, maintenance schedules, design specifications to improve the quality of product
