Naturally being a great listener and problem solver helps in understand the customers demand and was easy to fulfill their needs with extra ambition to earn money and respect. Managing people is hard when u don't understand their needs and guide them with some insightful thoughts. With better communication skills in English and Tamil, I felt it is easy to understand the customers and supply to their needs.
