Job Duties:
Served as ground staff on all international sectors of KUWAIT AIRWAYS flights and performed various aspects of airport customer service
Resolving problems quickly and within guidelines established by company policies and procedures
Instructing passengers on all safety and emergency procedures and asked security questions
Monitoring the flights to ensure smooth handling
Tagged checked baggage with appropriate destination without any failure
Meet and exceeds requirements of passengers at check-in, at boarding gates, with special circumstances.
