Duties & Responsibilities
Pre Contracts
Detailed study of the Scope of the Tender, Contract documents, Conditions of Contract
Detailed Quantity take-off and preparation of BOQ based on POMI.
Review of Tender documents and preparation of clarifications to Tender Queries as per Clients requirements.
Assist to preparation of Tender documents as per requirements of Client and preparation of Contract documents based on FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
Assist in Value Engineering process achieve effective time and cost.
Co-ordinate with external Consultant/Client in Pre & Post Contracts Post Contracts
