Project Description:

• Proficiency with cooling components like radiators and its associated components.

• Design modification for existing parts as per requirement of the process partner.

• Responsible to implement the drawing change request from the supplier for Drawing release process.

• Modelling the mounting brackets and auxiliary components based on engineer’s requirements.

• Detail the concept models for all preliminary operations for the review with process partner.

• Responsible for the releasing of the new release and part change for the production.

• Working experience on comparing the BOM changes between the current change request and previous approved change.

Project: Cab Systems and Environment-ITDD

Project Description:

• Design and Detailing various cab components like Door Assemblies (includes latch and hinges), Seat GP (head rest, control GP and seat belts), Film GP and cabin frames.

• Knowledge on cab components and its product development like Door assemblies and dashboards.

• Responsible for various project management activity including collecting inputs, validating, executing and ensuring on time delivery to process partners.
