OBJECTIVE
Looking for BIM/CAD Manager job position in future-oriented and hard-working environment that allows to apply capability in developing BIM/CAD standards and workflows, BIM implementation and management. RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading and managing the BIM/CAD team.
Develop/produce project-specific BIM implementation documents (BIM Execution Plan (BEP), BIM Guidelines, PEP, EIR, MIDP, and BIM QA/QC Plan).
Develop/produce the company’s BIM Capabilities Statement.
Placing CAD/BIM workflows, policies, libraries, families, and customization through the network for consistency of production/modelling works.
Establish/build-up and manage the BIM team to review, validate and develop the 3D Building Information Model for the project during Design, Construction and As-built stages per standards and specifications.
Set procedures for BIM file exchange and archiving of milestone submittals
Coordinating in-house and sub-consultancy disciplines design contribution to the production of design information.
Create a strategic plan to implement the adequate use of technology in the design process.
Author/develop a training program for Revit/Naviswork/Dynamo and develop a progress report to identify training needs, course completion.
Understand and work to the project BIM requirements within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
Set and mandate (CDE) through a proper Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Newforma, Aconex, or ProjectWise.
Producing intelligent 3D models and constantly adding more value to the client by extracting information directly from the model, 2D drawings, Schedules, Setting out etc.
Managing the production of design documentation per pre-agreed man-hour budgets.
