I handle the crown jewel of Three60 community, Index Tower at DIFC. A total of 1000+ units is under my management, along with retail that connects to the new DIFC’s spine. The project’s annual maintenance budget exceeds 100 Million AED.

Robert manages Burj Daman an ultra-luxury tower of 60 floors plus hotel, retail and commercial space. Burj Daman hosts one of the finest hotel establishments namely the Waldorf Astoria operated by Hilton hotel international.

Key in renewing the contract of Index Tower for 3 Years; delivered excellent customer service to the owners, visitors and the stakeholder in the tower.
