- Send quotes to the Order Entry queue for cost/freight. Once done, the ticket will be transferred back to in the Quotations queue for encoding and saving in a spreadsheet, which calculates and convert it to PDF format to be sent to the customers for approval.
- The Coordinator may also be required to communicate with the Customer Engineers and the customer in the acquisition and provision of information relating to the content of the report.
- The Coordinator may also be required to assist the customer to expedite requests, clarify information, seeks additional information, order clarification, status inquiries, adjustments, etc. in an expedient manner.
