Work Experience

Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances: Joined Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances on 18th January, 2019 as process engineer. My roles and responsibility are to industrialize new project by providing process flow, layout, proper fixture and tools. And also improvement activity in existing process.

Pricol Wiping System: Worked at Pricol Wiping System, Satara as Process Engineer from 1st September, 2018. I handled new projects where my roles is to identify Potential failures, prepare PFD, PFMEA check the assembly feasibility, define process and standardize the process by providing proper tools. Provide proper fixture and install pokayoke to avoid wrong operation. And also look for kaizens in existing line. Our Major OEM’s like TATA motors, VW, Renault, Daimler, Maruti Suzuki etc

Reydel Automotive Interior: Previously working for Reydel Automotive Pvt. Ltd as Industrial Engineer. Reydel Automotive Pvt. Ltd is a Tier 1 interior manufacturing organization of Automotive (all plastic part) such as instrumental panel, door trims, pillar trim and also exterior parts like cladding, front bumper and rear bumper for Major OEM’s like TATA motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, GM, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Perform cycle time analysis, method study for new product to improve the process.

•Conducting capacity analysis, improving level production for an existing and newly added manufacturing lines

•SOP for new projects

•Designing a lean flow in manufacturing lines to reduce MUDA through less material movement flow layout design

•Developing 5s standards in lines through designing required facilities with ergonomic design

•Layout preparation for new manufacturing facilities with considering higher utilization of workers/machines, easy material movement.

•Implementing lean concepts to reduce wastes

•Conducting TS 16949 internal process audit to critical processes and improving standards.

•Prepare PFMEA, PFD and making a control plan

Projects Handled:

•Laser Cutting Machine implementation for circle cutting.

•Implemented Laser Marking Machine and removed traditional Embossing operation.

•Relay out for lean flow and also spacing in existing line

•Reduction of dry cycle time in injection moulding:

Motion study of the robot movement Detail analysis of mould movement Overlapping of operation Reduction of cycle time by more than 10%

•GM Project Area Layout:
