Currently a Research and Development trainee engineer at Speciality Sintered Products Pvt. Ltd., Pune (October 2019 - present). Working on E-rickshaw gear box project for Electric auto-rickshaw on manufacturing gears using sintering process. Challenges

Attaining the strength of sintered gears to the level of conventionally manufactured gears.

Reducing the weight of sintered gears lesser than conventional gears.

Attaining torque capacity of conventional helical gear in a sintered spur gear. INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCES :

Worked as an intern in IM Gears Pvt. Ltd., Chennai and acquired knowledge and hands on experience on CNCs and quality systems.

Worked as an intern in Rane Madras Pvt. Ltd., Mysuru and acquired knowledge on hydraulic steering unit, planning processes and calculation of Risk Priority Number.

Worked as an intern in Government Tool Room and Training Centre, Mysuru and acquired knowledge on VMC, Wire EDM, Inspection, Analysing drawing and planning.

Motorised stair climbing wheelchair-stretcher, September 2018 - May 2019 A device designed and fabricated to climb stairs and convert to a stretcher separately. The device helps differently-abled people to climb stairs and transfer to or from bed easy using the stretcher.

Combining both the design of stair climbing wheelchair and stretcher.
