• Talent acquisition: Sourcing & scheduling potential candidates to interview upto Manager category, Salary Negotiation, Offer letter issue, Orientation
• Pay roll process: Computing salary for employees and Salary TDS for eligible employees
• HR policy implementation and making sure employees are following the same
