• Talent acquisition: Sourcing & scheduling potential candidates to interview upto Manager category, Salary Negotiation, Offer letter issue, Orientation

• Pay roll process: Computing salary for employees and Salary TDS for eligible employees

• HR policy implementation and making sure employees are following the same

• Training and Development: Organising trainings based on the skill matrix. Handling External & Internal audit

• Statutory Compliance and Licensing: Managing all statutory compliance –Licensing/Renewal & Handling inspection for ESI,PF, Shop and Establishment Act, TNPCB,FSSAI,IF, SIPCOT, Fire and Boiler License,Labour Officer, Municipality
