sewage vehicle for sewage evacuation inside the

request through Sap for maintenance issues

inside the camp to the facility department.

Arranging bedding items for new joiners/arrivals

through the helpers. Coordinating and arranging

of vehicles with medical/clinic for sick

employees.Conducting pest control services with

outside vendor in all company

accommodation.Looking after recreation and

gym facilities provided by company for

employees etc... Checking around the

accommodation/Toilets/Bathrooms/Kitchen etc

and note all shortcomings. Regular checking of

the suggestion boxes to retrieve feedback from

the employees.Posting if all current news about

the company and all essential notice on the

notice board. Entertaining and managing

employees complaints in the accommodation.

Ensure that hygienic and fresh foods are

provided for the staff. Ensure that food are

served according to the company standard.

Updating the lists of employees staying in the

accommodation. Updating the accommodation

inventory lists. Record reporting to the superior

on food distribution, laundry services, skips,

sewage water removal etc... Reminding the

staffs on pest control services schedule. Ensure

the employees compliance to the pest control

services. Keeping the staffs aware of where to

get First Aid treatment. Monitor of all safety

apparatus in the accommodation. Readiness oto

lead employees to the muster point in case of

emergency. Readiness to receive emergency

calls from the superior at any time.

Responsible for running and supervising the

workers accommodation. Inspects all camp

facilities and reports to relevant personnel.

Keeping updated records for all labours staying

in accommodation. Conducting pest control

with good furniture and sleeping accessories.

Prevent and report the use of any prohibited

materials such as weapons, drugs, alcohol,
