JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mina AL-Ahamadi refinery (NAGRP-EPC Project):

In hydrocarbon network served during Piping,Pre-commissioning, commissioning and Field operations (leading, planning, executing, monitoring, sampling etc), Plant Start up, Plant Shut down, Pre start-up safety review (PSSR), Trouble Shooting, Leakage testing,House Keeping.

Planning & execution of Pre-commissioning activities like Hydro testing, Water flushing, Air blowing, Steam blowing, Nitrogen purging, Reinstatement, chemical cleaning, pigging and pipe erection etc.

Work permits handling and routing experience in the field during construction and maintenance period.

Held daily and weekly meetings with client.

Allocation of manpower and arrangement for the subordinates.

Leading a project, Develop Plans, work procedure and coordinate activities with team members and client (operation department).

Checking and follow-up of the laying pipe/equipment according to the PFD, P&ID, isometric clearance and Identification of P&ID, Isometric mismatch.

Study the P & ID drawing, piping plan & isometric drawing and follow up the technical specifications and contractual conditions.
