QUALITY ASSURANCE – FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES

Cutting & Creasing: Analyzing the material in cutting & creasing by lay variation, crease resistant, easy folding, crease analysis and box formation.

F&G: Analyzing the material in F&G for gluing property, box formation and packing in box orientation

Lead, direct and manage inbound and/or outbound site operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the customer's standards.

Complete command of finished product and packing material before dispatching to the customer.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Technical support and customer service problem solving.

Providing customer service and support during new product development and issuein running the material and ensuring run abilityin their production lines.

Analyzing customer complaint, identifying root cause and implementation of necessary action in order to rectify the problem in future supply. The implemented actions are informed to the customer through documentation.

EQUIPMENTS HANDLING & KNOWLEDGE

Solely responsible for the Gas Chromatograph equipment for analysis of residual solvent levels in all flexible jobs, critical report preparation that determines the sale ability of all jobs especially critical customer domestic as well as export

Well trained in highly sensitive equipment like formation index and florosense. Have been involved right from procurement, installation, trained and also training people to operate the machine.

Apart from managing the critical instruments also well diversified in handling and performing other equipment which helps in determining quality assurance like l&w Crease Stiffness, Gloss Meter, Heat Seal, Maxta Scan, Bursting Strength, Compression Strength, Sutherland Scuff Test, COBB Test,Moisture Test, Board Stiffness, UTM, COF, KF titrator, vacuum leak tester, retort chamber, humidity chamber, Spectra photo Meter etc.,

Maintaining calibration and AMC’s for all type of laboratory equipment.
