4.Closing of CWP / Repudiation cases by sending letters to insured

5.Handling CTL/ Theft case by effectively co-ordinating with salvage and auction team

6.Conducting LVS ( Live video streaming) with all mapped workshop

7.Maintaining excellent relation with workshop person, agents, producer, Channel sales manager.
