●In charge for the Greenhouse Hydroponic crop production in NFT, vertical growing, Ebb/flood, Rockwool and gutter technology with Priva Auto control systems.

●Managing the crop production with judicial irrigation, fertigation and harvesting program.

●Managing a team of 45 members in production and administration and work in a collaborative manner to achieve team objective.

●Preparing Farm Annual Budget, Cropping schedule etc and keeping up to it and also a strong vigil on cost.

●Understanding and working along with the Global Good Agricultural Practice principles and Organic standards (Record keeping and other necessary documentation).

As production manager for the crops to an extent of 9 hectare, both open field and green house cultivation.

●In charge for production of Cut flowers like Lillium, Gladiolus and vegetables like Pepper/Color capsicum (Red, Yellow and Orange), Cucumber, lettuce, broccoli and tomato.

●In capsicum achieved a target of 7 kg per plant with 85 percent A grade weighing 230-250gms/fruit. - 1.5 ha extent.

●In Broccoli achieved target of 500-600gms/head grown in 1 hectare land.

●Cucumber(salad type and mini)have achieved a target of 10 kg per plant with 90 percent A grade – 1 ha* 3 season

●Have experience in cultivation of iceberg, oak leaf, butter head lettuces.

●Have achieved 95% of A grade lilies cut flower production. -1 ha extent.

M&S Agro Ltd:

As a farm Manager for various cut flowers and strawberry to an extent of 30 Ha.

* In charge for the production of Roses, Gerberas, Carnation, Sweet pepper and Strawberry.

* Achieved a daily production of 85,000 Gerbera stems from 60,000.

* Initiated the plan to successfully grow strawberry in grow bags to increase the plant population in turn increasing the yield/Sq Mtr.

* Achieved 72% A grade in strawberry production in Green house (2 tons/day).

* Achieved 83% A grade in gerbera in a time of 18 months.

* Experienced in growing strawberry and gerbera in coco peat in pots.

* As a major development work, utilized the waste land into a productive area for crops(open field stawberry,alstomeria and gladiolus) generate income. Also was part of the two member team to find a Regular and smooth market for these crops. Also made a piece of water logging(Non- arable) area into a rainwater harvesting tank so as to overcome water shortage in summer.

* Managing the day to day activities of the farm to have a smooth running.

Assistant Manager:

●In charge for cultivation of Coffee, Pepper, Cardamom and Vanilla to an extent of 2200 acres.

●Increased yield from 200kg clean coffee / acre to 400 kg / acre cost effectively.
