Expedite to ensure that the activities in the site should be within the KOC standard. Regular inspection should be made to eliminate the hazards and its risk. Motivate and educate the employees about safety and reporting procedures which will help themselves to be safe. Safe system of work should be change regularly while changes in new technology. POSITIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible to initiate, establish, implement and maintain the safety rules and regulations as per the organization norms and policy.

Raise Corrective and Preventive action for the suitable unsafe act and unsafe condition.

Carry out periodical safety inspection and internal auditing to ensure the safe system of work, safe work place, safe plant and equipment.

Conduct Safety Induction training to the fresher and also provide refresher training to the employer who is new to the particular work.

Initiate the Accident/Incident Investigation process as earlier as possible.

Reporting all accident/Incident documents and highlight the cause of such incidents to the management to take corrective actions.

Keep on updating the safety procedures in accordance with legislation, technology, process, organizational policy and advice of an Enforcement agency.

Prepare monthly statistics for reactive measures like accident report, ill health report, absenteeism, near miss incident report for the appropriate actions to be taken against the report.

Conduct daily/weekly/monthly safety meetings to promote awareness, reduce the work-related accidents/incidents and achieve zero accident scenario in the workplace.

Conduct Safety campaign for promoting the safety awareness among the workers through audio- video aids, Graphical posters, motivation talks etc.

Segregate the work premises according to the nature of job, type of process, level of risk, number of employees in the activity etc.
