Duties & Responsibilities

● Assist in delivering swimming lessons to any of individual whom may have a desire in swimming.

● Covering lifeguards when they are leaving at their respective stations

● Assist in making of duty roster to staffs.

● Ensure beyond services are given to guest wherever they e.g at beach area, swimming pool

● Enforce rules in order to anticipate to injuries

● Maintain concentrated observation of the duty area and its users in order to anticipate problems and to identify an emergency quickly

● Inspecting the use of the pool and other equipments such as floaters, swimming goggles, water slides and even the diving board as well the stuffs and arranging duty roster

● Oversea rescues and initiate other emergency action as necessary

● Adharing to respective areas during leaving e.g covering lifeguards during breaks.

● Monitors inventory levels of equipment in department and maintenance supplies for the purpose of ensuring the availability of supplies as needed
