WORK EXPERIENCE- 15+ YEARS

1.Working with SAC CO LTD, South Korea as Sr Manager -Electrical & Automation from June, 2013 to Present.

Responsibilities: Meeting with client to finalize the process flow. Preparation of flow diagram based on client requirement. Site management, sub-contractor management & Inventory control and International sales. Installation of panels, Commissioning & maintenance of Electrical & Automation systems in 24x7 running process plant. Optimizes the Availability and safe operation of production assets through appropriate predictive and preventative maintenance and safe and effective execution of corrective maintenance and projects. Protect the company’s employees through aggressive completion of safety related work orders and enforcement of factory safety regulations such as lock out/tag out. Maintain the facility and equipment per good manufacturing practices to meet the expectations of both internal and external customers. Presently controlling a team of 20 people to maintain the system.

2.DRUK FERRO ALLOYS LTD. Bhutan: Worked as an Instrumentation Engineer (Asst Manager) from MAY 2008 –Aug 2012.

Responsibilities: Commissioning & maintenance of Electrical & Automation systems in 24x7 running process plant. Coordinates major maintenance and project requirements with manufacturing production and engineering, to include major downtime activities and downtime periods and supports the effort to identify opportunities and develop the Plant’s Capital Budget. Trains maintenance staff on effective maintenance practices, including effective use of the computerized maintenance management system, problem solving tools, risk and failure analysis, maintenance scheduling and analysis of maintenance related data and equipment histories. 3.ROHIT FERRO-TECH LTD. Orissa: Worked as an Asst. Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer) from Sept 2006 to May 2008.

Responsibilities: Commissioning & maintenance of Electrical & Automation systems in 24x7 running process plant. Leads the I&C Maintenance Technicians and ensures a high level of efficiency within the team. Builds and sustains a committed, cohesive and dynamic team. Ensures maintenance tasks are completed by the Technicians as per Work Orders generated. Ensures the reports on maintenance is done and documented. Generates reports as necessary for the maintenance done. Plans for and ensures that maintenance on all I&C equipment is in accordance with OEM Manuals for the Equipment. 4.MULTI WEIGH SYSTEMS, Mumbai: Worked as a Project Engineer from July’04 to August’06.

Responsibilities: Programing of PLC, checking of PLC panels, site commissioning & after sales support to client. Review the P&ID and check instrument index, JB schedule, cable tray layout, hook-up drawings, DCS I/O list and instrumentation specification, etc. New vendor development, making specification, bid evaluation & comparison for instruments. Co-ordinate with and facilitate field team for smooth and correct execution of project (installation and commissioning). Successful completion of project in time and within budget. Documentation of instrumentation and systems (hard copies and in soft form) preparing SOP for Instrumentation Department. Protect the company’s employees through aggressive completion of safety related work orders and enforcement of factory safety regulations such as lock out/tag out.
